1.Registration

Please provide us your information for checking the refurbishment details.

2. Quotation

獲得報價

We will contact customers for clarifying the refurbishment details. An official quotation costs of the quotation would be £150. Upon payment receipt, Build MAN will arrange site viewing, give refurbishment advise, and have the quotation ready within 2 weeks. The quotation will include the floor plan of your property, quotes by item and photos of the current situation of your property.

之後我們會聯絡你討論裝修內容和提供意見。報價費用為£150，報價單會清楚列明各項收費，物業圖則和物業現況的相片。收款後我們會派員到你將要裝修的地點視察，以準確評估報價。報價會在視察後兩星期內完成。

3. Choose your perfect plan

After getting the quotation, customers may choose any of following options to start the refurbishment.

3a. Get your own contractor

找自己相熟師傅

With the details in our quotation, customers may execute the refurbishment with their own contractors.

你可以根據報價內容作參考，自己找尋心儀的師傅。

If you don't have your own contractors, Build MAN team can help. It also ensure you to execute the refurbishment works with the amount listed on our quotation.
