During the refurbishment period, customers are welcome to contact us for any queries.

When 50% of the refurbishment is completed, customers need to pay another 55% and make the total payment up to 95%.

施工其間，也可以透過我們代為溝通。當工程完成了一半時，業主將要付另外55%的工程費用，總數為95%。

When the refurbishment is 90% completed, customer need to pay the remaining 5%. Build MAN will ensure the works is completed on time with good quality.

當工程完成了90%，業主要把餘下5%工程費用繳交。我們會確保工程如期完,質素達到滿意的水平.
