Q: How is Build MAN differ from other platform?

Q:你們和其他裝修平台有何分別?

A: We will provide quotations done by our experienced specialist, which aim at quoting a reasonable price for you. We would also make sure the refurbishment work is up to standard and on time.

A: 我們有在行內工作多年的資深專員，為你提供一個合理的公平價格。此外，我們也承諾你的工程會符合標準和如期完成。

Q: How long will I receive the call from Build MAN after filling in the form?

Ｑ：在我填寫表格後，多久會收到你們的回覆?

A: A follow-up call will be made within 7 working days, and we will make an appointment with you for site visiting.

A: 我們會在收到資料後７天內致電給你，並會與你預約時間視察你的物業。

Q: What if I change my mind after making the down payment (40%)?

Ｑ：在我落40%訂金後，可以取消工程嗎?

A: Half of the down payment (20% of the total payment) is not refundable as the administration fee and material cost is already expanded, while the rest (20%) will be refunded. And after second payment is made, none would be refundable.

A: 如業主取消訂單，我們會退回一半(即總數的20%)訂金；另一半(20%)因已用作行政費和建築物料費用則不會退還。業主繳交第二次費用後則不能取消工程和退回訂金。

Q: What if the refurbishment work below standard or left unfinished?
